Room hire

Regular room hire in Holywood

Outside Rosa’s session hours, the calm, private Reset room at 35 Church Road, Holywood is available for regular hire — a way for qualified counsellors, psychotherapists and appropriate independent therapeutic practitioners to see their own clients in a welcoming space.

What it costs

£6 per hour, booked in blocks of 2 hours (£12 per block). There is a 15-minute gap between blocks. Regular bookings only — one-off, occasional and ad-hoc room hire is not available.

When it’s available

  • Mondays — all day
  • Tuesday to Friday — after 3pm
  • Saturdays and Sundays — all day

The room is in use for Reset sessions Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm, so it isn’t available during those times. Room hire on those days is available after 3pm only.

Good to know

  • The room is on the first floor, reached by stairs — it isn’t wheelchair accessible.
  • You run your own practice: your own clients, fees, records and insurance.
  • Hiring the room does not create employment, clinical management or an associate relationship — you stay fully independent.
  • A room key must be arranged and cut before commencing regular use.

Understanding the live room diary and availability

Reset provides an online room diary showing current room availability. This is intended to help independent practitioners plan their regular working arrangements and identify suitable appointment times for ongoing clients.

Before booking the room, you must obtain the room access details from Reset. Email Reset to request access details if you do not already have them.

Open diary for agreed regular bookings

The live diary is a useful planning tool, but viewing an available time does not reserve or guarantee that the room will remain available.

Reset is a busy working environment, and room availability can change as other practitioners secure their bookings.

Please remember

  • Check the live room diary before arranging in-person appointments with clients.
  • An available time is not a confirmed booking until you have successfully secured it through the room management system.
  • If you are planning ongoing work with a client, make sure the necessary room booking blocks are secured in advance.
  • Do not assume that a slot you viewed previously will still be available later.
  • If a client needs to reschedule, you are responsible for finding and securing another suitable room booking.
  • All room use must remain within your confirmed two-hour booking blocks, with the designated 15-minute changeover between bookings.

Availability is an indication, not a reservation. The room is only yours once your booking has been secured and confirmed.

This system is intended to help you manage your own caseload and provide continuity for your clients, while ensuring that room access remains fair, organised and manageable for everyone.

How to arrange regular room hire

  1. Enquire about your professional role and preferred regular days and times. Agree suitable arrangements and obtain access details from Reset before booking. Arrange and cut a room key before commencing regular use.
  2. Check the live diary and secure the blocks you need through the room management system before confirming in-person appointments with clients.
  3. Make sure your regular blocks are confirmed and pay as agreed. All client appointments must stay within the secured blocks, allowing the 15-minute changeover.
