How to book

Monthly plan or pay as you go? Here’s how each works.

These fees, Wix booking links, forms and monthly plans are for sessions with Rosa Stevens. Independent practitioners arrange their own appointments and payments directly.

New counselling clients and supervisees start with the same assessment: £25 for 30 minutes, to check whether working together is the right fit. Already assessed? Book your ongoing session below. Counselling is £50 for 50 minutes or £190 a month with weekly sessions. Supervision plans arrange payment rather than offer a discount.

Annual leave & planned absences

Planned annual leave will normally be communicated at least two weeks in advance, with clear information about the dates affected. Unexpected absences will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, appointments are arranged with planned absences in mind. Limited appointments during leave are identified separately; your usual appointment does not automatically continue. Alternative appointments cannot always be offered.

Reset is not a crisis or emergency service, including during leave. In immediate danger call 999; for urgent emotional support call Samaritans on 116 123.

The £190 monthly counselling fee is calculated from the overall annual cost of weekly counselling, divided into 12 equal monthly payments. It stays the same in months with an additional weekly appointment. During planned annual leave, clients manage their own subscription pause and restart through the relevant booking arrangements or contact Rosa to discuss changes. Rosa does not automatically pause, adjust or restart subscriptions. Limited holiday appointments do not automatically change your usual weekly subscription or appointment arrangements.

Finding the right support starts with a conversation

You don’t have to know exactly what kind of support you need before you contact Reset. We can help you explore your options, understand what different practitioners offer and consider what may suit your circumstances, preferences and hopes.

Sometimes that means working with Rosa Stevens; sometimes another independent practitioner at Reset or a different service may offer a more appropriate approach. With your knowledge and agreement, we can discuss a possible introduction. You remain free to decide.

A general enquiry does not require Rosa’s £25 assessment. Each independent practitioner decides suitability and explains their own assessment, fees and working agreement. An introduction or assessment does not guarantee availability or ongoing appointments.

What happens after you book an assessment?

  1. Choose an available 30-minute assessment appointment online.
  2. We explore what brought you to counselling, your circumstances, preferences, expectations and what you hope to gain.
  3. Consider whether Rosa’s counselling is suitable or another service or independent practitioner may offer a more appropriate approach.
  4. If we agree to work together, we discuss suitable ongoing appointment arrangements.

An assessment does not guarantee immediate ongoing appointments. We discuss current availability honestly, including any waiting time, and email your counselling contract after the assessment if we agree to work together. Secure assessment forms are sent after booking; they collect essential information to safeguard and support you in an emergency.

These steps are for Rosa’s counselling practice. You do not need an assessment with Rosa to access an independent practitioner; arrange enquiries and appointments directly with your chosen practitioner.

With your knowledge and agreement, Rosa can discuss a possible introduction. This does not guarantee another practitioner’s acceptance or availability; they make their own suitability decision and arrange their own assessment and contract.

Reset is a collaborative therapeutic hub where you can discover Rosa Stevens’ own services and independent practitioners at Reset. Different people need different approaches. Read about their experience and interests, or ask a general question if you are unsure whom to approach.

Independent practitioners run their own practices. Their fees, bookings, agreements, insurance, client records, confidentiality and professional responsibilities are their own; they are not employed or clinically managed by Reset and do not work under Rosa’s registration. Contact them directly about suitability and availability.

No assessment with Rosa is needed to contact them. Ask Reset about your options if you would like general signposting. Any possible introduction is discussed with your agreement; each practitioner decides their own suitability and availability.

Make managing your appointments easier

New to Reset or returning? When booking counselling or coaching with Rosa Stevens, you can create a free account on our Wix booking website. Keep your appointments together and make routine booking changes there, where permitted. If you already have an account, simply log in.

Registration is optional unless your chosen Wix booking or plan requires it. Your existing account and bookings stay on Wix; there is no separate account to create here.

Monthly subscription with weekly 50-minute counselling sessions

Best for: A regular weekly time with Reset.

Clinical supervision

Monthly plan

£60 a month

Not a discount — it simply sets payment up at a time that suits you, so it never interferes with attending supervision

Best for: Qualified practitioners who want supervision set up every month.

Best for: Regular supervision paid per session, or additional time alongside your monthly plan — not occasional supervision.

  2. 2Agree and attend at least 90 minutes of supervision every month, with more where your caseload requires it.
  3. 3Book and pay for each agreed session, including any additional supervision time.

Coaching package

£325 one-off

Discovery session + 5 coaching sessions (£420 if booked separately)

Best for: Working steadily towards a goal, with email contact between sessions. Valid for 2 years.

One-off consultation · £100 · 2 hours

Best for: Counsellors preparing to start or grow their own private practice.

  2. 2Work through the practical and ethical questions together — fees, contracts, policies, referrals and how to begin safely and sustainably.
  3. 3If you'd like ongoing support, continue with the coaching package or single sessions.

Best for: People considering the path to becoming a counsellor who want clarity before committing.

Couples counselling

Pay as you go

£80 per session

Best for: Couples booking one 60-minute session at a time.

  2. 2Each partner completes the Pre-Screening & Suitability Assessment individually before the first session.
  3. 3Book and pay for each session as you go, with a review after the sixth session.

Usual practice hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm. The practice is closed on Mondays, Saturdays and Sundays, except dated changes in practice notices. Messages sent outside these hours are read when Reset is next at the practice, and emails are replied to during practice hours only — Reset is not a crisis service, so if you need urgent help please see getting the right support.
