Counselling with Rosa Stevens
Counselling in Italian & Support for People Who Have Immigrated
Rosa offers counselling in both English and Italian. There is space to speak in the language you feel most comfortable using, and to be understood as an individual.
Puoi scegliere di svolgere i colloqui di counselling in italiano o in inglese.
Your story, in your own words
Space for identity, culture and belonging.
Moving to the UK can bring opportunities, new connections and a sense of possibility. It can also bring changes in how you experience home, identity and belonging. Everyone’s experience is different; immigration does not necessarily mean trauma or difficulty.
If you would find it helpful, counselling can offer space to reflect on cultural adjustment, relationships, isolation or separation from family and familiar communities. You might be navigating different expectations, feeling connected to more than one culture, or wondering what home means to you now.
There may also be room to explore language and communication, grief and loss, changes in family roles and expectations, or building a sense of home and connection. Your experience guides the conversation; none of these difficulties is assumed.
You do not need to explain or justify your background, fit a particular story, or be struggling to seek support. We can work with what matters to you, at your pace, recognising your strengths as well as any difficulties you choose to bring.
This is emotional and psychological support, not immigration, legal or visa advice. Italian-speaking clients are welcome whether or not immigration is part of what they want to discuss; support around immigration experiences is also available in English.

Your next step

Your counselling forms & contract
One step at a time, before we begin.
You don't need to find or download a contract yourself. Reset will email the right form at the right stage. The assessment form and service contract are separate steps.
Your Agreement and Practice Information explains the four separate counselling and supervision agreements. These four agreements are currently withheld pending corrections, testing and Rosa’s final approval; no contract links are available to complete. No agreement is collected on this website.
Step 1
Book your first appointment
Choose your assessment or discovery appointment. You do not need to sign the service contract yet.
Step 2
Complete your secure assessment form
After booking, Reset sends the appropriate secure Microsoft Form. The essential private details help safeguard and support you, including in an emergency, and are handled in accordance with GDPR. Do not share them on this website.
Step 3
Attend your first assessment
Talk with Reset about what you need and whether working together is suitable. You can ask questions and discuss the next steps.
Step 4
Read and acknowledge your approved contract
After assessment, scan the matching QR code on the agreement page. Read it and ask about anything unclear before acknowledging it and agreeing ongoing work. Email delivery and copies are not yet confirmed.
Step 5
Agree your ongoing sessions
Confirm the format, frequency and payment arrangements with Reset. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all Reset bookings.
Your assessment and agreement are separate. The counselling and supervision agreements remain unavailable here pending Rosa’s final approval. No contract is completed on this website.
Finding the right support starts with a conversation
You don’t have to know exactly what kind of support you need before you contact Reset. We can help you explore your options, understand what different practitioners offer and consider what may suit your circumstances, preferences and hopes.
Sometimes that means working with Rosa Stevens; sometimes another independent practitioner at Reset or a different service may offer a more appropriate approach. With your knowledge and agreement, we can discuss a possible introduction. You remain free to decide.
A general enquiry does not require Rosa’s £25 assessment. Each independent practitioner decides suitability and explains their own assessment, fees and working agreement. An introduction or assessment does not guarantee availability or ongoing appointments.
