Christmas and New Year Availability – Rosa's practice

Leave begins Monday, 21 December 2026. Normal practice availability resumes Monday, 4 January 2027.

Limited counselling only: Tuesday, 29 December 2026; Wednesday, 30 December 2026; Thursday, 31 December 2026. Arranged in advance, subject to Wix availability — not normal full practice days or confirmed supervision dates. Your weekly appointment does not automatically continue.

I recognise that the festive period can be a particularly difficult or emotionally demanding time for some people. For this reason, I will be offering limited counselling appointments on the dates listed above. These appointments are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance through the usual booking arrangements. These are limited counselling days, not normal full practice days. They are not confirmed supervision dates. Please do not assume that your usual weekly appointment will automatically continue during this period. Independent practitioners arrange their own availability separately.

If your regular counselling or supervision appointment falls within Rosa’s Christmas leave, please use the relevant booking link below to arrange an alternative appointment, subject to actual availability.

Prepaid monthly counselling clients

If you have a prepaid monthly counselling plan and your usual appointment falls during Rosa’s annual leave, select an alternative appointment. This rearranges an appointment already included in your plan and will not require an additional payment.

Supervision clients

If your regular supervision appointment falls during Rosa’s annual leave, use the supervision booking link to arrange an alternative appointment. This reschedules your existing appointment and will not require an additional payment. The limited counselling days on 29, 30 and 31 December are not confirmed supervision dates.

Pay-as-you-go counselling clients

If you pay for individual counselling sessions as you book them, use the Returning Client option on the booking calendar to select a suitable alternative appointment. Please do not book a new assessment if you have already completed your initial assessment with Rosa.

A little planning ahead

Please arrange any changes in advance wherever possible so that we can make sure your appointments are organised before the Christmas break.

I hope this provides some clarity and helps everyone plan ahead, while allowing for a little continuity of support over the festive period.

Annual leave & planned absences

Planned annual leave will normally be communicated at least two weeks in advance, with clear information about the dates affected. Unexpected absences will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, appointments are arranged with planned absences in mind. Limited appointments during leave are identified separately; your usual appointment does not automatically continue. Alternative appointments cannot always be offered.

Reset is not a crisis or emergency service, including during leave. In immediate danger call 999; for urgent emotional support call Samaritans on 116 123.

The £190 monthly counselling fee is calculated from the overall annual cost of weekly counselling, divided into 12 equal monthly payments. It stays the same in months with an additional weekly appointment. During planned annual leave, clients manage their own subscription pause and restart through the relevant booking arrangements or contact Rosa to discuss changes. Rosa does not automatically pause, adjust or restart subscriptions. Limited holiday appointments do not automatically change your usual weekly subscription or appointment arrangements.
